Owl and Residences CPT (Pty) Ltd, (“Licensee”), is independently owned andoperated and is solely responsible for the ownership, development, and operation of the Project.Licensee uses the Mama Shelter brand and certain Mama Shelter trademarks pursuant to a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license from Licensor. Under certain circumstances, thelicense may beterminated or revoked according to its terms in which case in which case the Project shall not havethe right to use the Mama Shelter brand or Mama Shelter trademarks. Licensor does not make anyrepresentations or guarantees with respect to the Units or the Project and is not responsible for Licensee’smarketing practices including this website, advertising, and sales representations
